Comprehensive Analysis of Fruit Quality of Different Raspberry Varieties

  • In this study,15 raspberry varieties were used as test materials,and the evaluation system based on raspberry quality indicators and the antioxidant capacity indicators were established. The quality analysis and antioxidant capacity analysis data of different raspberry varieties were established. The quality indicators of different varieties of raspberries are obtained through a combination of principal component analysis and cluster analysis. Heritage raspberry has the characteristics of excellent fruit quality indicators and strong antioxidant capacity. In Liaoning region,this variety belongs to the autumn fruit. Regional raspberry planting,preservation and long-term storage of the preferred varieties,to provide certain data support and guidance for the regional raspberry facility cultivation and breed selection and fresh storage.
