Abstract
With its high efficiency and high velocity,molecular detection technology is an important means of pathogenic bacteria detection. With the development of molecular biology technology,more and more isothermal amplification techniques are constantly used for detection of pathogenic bacteria. Currently,the most frequently-used detection technology pathogenic bacteria are loop-mediated isothermal amplification(LAMP),Nuclear acid sequence-based amplification(NASBA),strand displacement amplification(SDA),nickase-dependent amplification(NDA),ramification amplification method(RAM),Helicase-dependent isothermal amplification(HDA)and Recombinase Polymerase Amplification(RPA). In this study,the principle,application status,advantages and disadvantages of isothermal amplification techniques were analyzed and summed up.
