Abstract
A method for simultaneous determination of 3 naphthalene-derived compounds(1-naphthyl acetamide(NAD),1-naphthalene acetic acid(NAA)and 2-naphthoxy acetic acid(2-NOA))in fruits by ultra performance liquid chromatography with fluorescence detector was developed. The sample was extracted with 2% formic acid-acetonitrile and purified by QuEChERS method. The analytes were separated on ACQUITY UPLC BEH phenyl column and determined by ultra performance liquid chromatography with fluorescence detector. The results showed that there are good linearities between the peak areas and the concentrations in the range of 0.005~1.0 mg/L,with correlation coefficients(r)more than 0.9999. Recoveries of 4 compouds ranged from 78.3% to 95.3% when the spiked levels of 0.01,0.1 and 1.0 mg/kg,with the relative standard deviations(RSDs)were 2.8%~9.5%. The limits of detection(LODs)of the developed method were 0.002~0.003 mg/kg,and the limits of quantitation(LOQs)were 0.006~0.01 mg/kg. The method was simple, sensitive and accurate for simultaneous determination of NAD、NAA and 2-NOA in fruits.
