Optimization of Lipase Hydrolysis of Safflower Seed Oil by Response Surface Methodology

  • Using safflower seed oil as raw material,different lipase hydrolysis was used to improve poly unsaturated fatty acids. The effects of enzyme addition,temperature,pH and ultrasonic time on the hydrolysis rate were studied by single factor experiment. The optimum conditions were as follows:Aspergillus oryzae lipase dosage 300 u/g,temperature 39℃,pH7. 0,hydrolysis time 10 h,the hydrolysis rate of safflower seed oil was 89.37%±0.19%.
