Research Progress of Enzymes in the Upward Utilization of Antarctic krill

  • In recent years,Antarctic krill has received more attention because of its huge biomass and higher nutrient value. There are more and more researches on the high value utilization of Antarctic krill,among which,the application of enzymolysis technology is remarkable and has made up for the defects of many traditional processing technologies.In this paper,the application of enzymes in the processing of Antarctic krill protein(including application of exogenous enzymes in protein digestion of Antarctic krill,the application of Antarctic krill from the application of enzymes)and the application of enzymes in oil processing of Antarctic krill,purification and characterization of endogenous enzymes in Antarctic krill and so on to introduce the application of enzymes in the processing of Antarctic krill and what's more,the future development of enzymes in the processing of Antarctic krill were carried out.
