Application of phenylboronic acid sensing materials in sensing detection of carbohydrates

  • The rapid analysis of carbohydrates is of great significance in food industry. Phenylboronic acid can identify the cis-dihydroxy structure of carbohydrates specifically and has good carbohydrates affinity. Phenylboronic acid sensing material can be used in rapid analysis of carbohydrates in complex matrix. This paper mainly discussed the application of phenylboronic acid sensing materials in the rapid analysis of carbohydrates, especially the development and application of phenylboronic acid composite sensing materials in the analysis and detection of monosaccharide and glycoprotein.
