Research progress of fibrinolytic enzyme from Cordyceps militaris

Cordyceps militaris is a kind of traditional medicine and food fungus in our country, the fibrinolytic enzyme were found in recent years as a new kind of fibrinolytic enzyme. In this paper, the production condition, purification, enzyme properties, bioactivity and molecular biology of the fibrinolytic enzyme from Cordyceps militaris were summarized, providing a certain reference basis for future research and the possible research direction.
