A review of the developments in application of stable isotope on determining geographic origin of meat products

  • To detect the application of stable isotope technique which is used for determining meat geographic origin, the present paper investigates the domestic and overseas developments on this technique and lists the main elements as well as their influence factors.It also points out the key technology and practicability of this technique, the domestic shortcomings of this application and the future direction of researches and developments.
