  • The uncertainties evaluation of total flavonoids content in guilinggao was determined by spectrphotometry. Based on CNAS- GL06 guidance on evaluation the uncertainty in chemical analysis and JJF 1059-2012 evaluation of the uncertainty of deterrmination and expressin and the test method,a mathematical model was established to analyze and evaluate the possible uncertainties such as stock solution,sample treatment,standard curve fitting,measurement repeatability and instrument in the determination.The results showed that the major factors of uncertainty were the standard curve fitting and preparation of standard solution.
