Determination of amino acids from Sipunculs nudus by acid hydrolysis-automatic amino acid analyzer

  • Objective: To optimize determination experimental conditions of amino acids from Sipunculs nudus. Method: The author determined the contents of 18 kinds of amino acid by acid hydrolysis- automatic amino acid analyzer with calculation of regression equations and detection limit,experiment of precision and standard recovery,in order to ensure the effectiveness and feasibility of the experimental results.Results: It contains 18 amino acids. In fresh worm the contents of aspartic acid( 1.26%)and arginine( 2.02%) are the higher,and the contents of cystine( 0.21%) and tryptophan( 0.21%) are the lowest. In dry worm the contents of glutamic acid( 11.89%) and arginine( 7.94%) are the highest,and the contents of cystine( 0.45%) and tryptophan( 1.07%) are the lowest.Conclusion: The experiment scheme has good effect,simple operation,strong operability and valid data,owing to its instrument of high precision and relative standard deviation below 0.21%,low detection limit and the minimum is 0.00000001 mg / kg,wide linear range and the correlation coefficient over 0.9999,so the result is satisfactory.
