Research of policies for the development of food additives industry

The development process of national licensingsystem for food additivesproductsin China was described in this paper.And the current situation of the standards system of food additives was discussed.Based on above,the policyenvironment of food additives industry and the effects on the industry of the policyenvironmentis were illuminated,in order to direct the development of the food additivesindustry and related products,as well as to provide some relative policyreferences.
