Abstract
To optimize Methanobactin( Mb) fermentation conditions for Methylosinus trichosporium 3011,Response Surface Methodology( RSM) were applied. The methanol flow, copper ion content and p H of seven factors were determined by Plackett- Burman design. The optimum condition was as follows: the methanol flow rate of54.1 μmol / min,the p H of 6.39,the copper content of 17.03 μmol / L,the incubation temperature of 30 ℃,the inoculation amount of 5 × 10~6 CFU / m L,the dissolved oxygen of 30 L / h,the stirring speed of 400 r / min.The optimum Mb production was 3300.2 μg / L. The RSM was feasible for high Mb production and this would improve the Mb production.
