Abstract
In this study, two strains of bacteria coded as YMS-7 and YMN-5 were isolated from rotten Myrica rubra using plate streaking and slant culture methods. After extraction of DNA,16 S r DNA from both strains were amplified for sequencing and homology analysis using Ez Bio Cloud database. Two phylogenetic trees were established based on these sequences of 16 S r DNA,combined with physiological and biochemical characteristics. Consequently,YMS-7 and YMN-5 were identified as Paenibacillus agaridevorans and Bacillus aerophilus, respectively.
