Optimization of the snailase assistant extraction process of polysaccharides from Auricularia Auricula by response surface methodology

  • In this paper,superfine powder of Auricularia Auricular was selected as raw material,and polysaccharide from Auricularia Auricular was extracted by enzyme hydrolysis by snailase. On the basis of the single factor experiment,extraction condition was optimized through method of response surface. The results showed that:the optimal extraction condition was enzymatic hydrolysis time 2.5 h,enzymatic hydrolysis temperature55.0 ℃,p H6.8 and enzyme concentration 1.3%. Under above conditions,yield of polysaccharide reached31.1%,the relative average error between predicted yield and actual value was 0.76%,and the reproducible was reliable. So,it was proved that the response surface equation of optimized extracted condition derived some practical significance.
