Abstract
Isolated and purified a high enzyme activity strain from the chitosanase producing Marine fungi which preservation in laboratory,it was named MF-08. Based on the 26 S r DNA sequence analysis and morphological properties,Marine fungi MF-08 was assessed to be Aspergillus flavus. The optimum temperature of chitosanase was 40 ℃,the optimum p H was 5.2,the chitosanase was stable below 40 ℃ and p H4.0~6.0,respectively. The enzyme activity was inhibited by Cu2+,Fe3+and Hg2+.
