Optimization of extraction technique of polysaccharides from tissue culture anoectochilus by response surface methodology

Based on single factor tests,the optimum alcohol precipition conditons during the extraction process of polysaccharides from tissue culture Anoectochilus were obtained through Box-Benhnken central combination design and RSM. The results showed that the optimum alcohol precipition conditons during the extraction process of polysaccharides were as follows :ratio of ethanol to material 3∶1(m L/m L),precipitation time 3.1h,centrifugal time 15.0min. Under such conditions,the extraction rate of polysaccharides from tissue culture Anoectochilus was up to 3.992%.
