Optimization of extraction technique of polysaccharides from tissue culture anoectochilus by response surface methodology

  • Based on single factor tests,the optimum alcohol precipition conditons during the extraction process of polysaccharides from tissue culture Anoectochilus were obtained through Box-Benhnken central combination design and RSM. The results showed that the optimum alcohol precipition conditons during the extraction process of polysaccharides were as follows :ratio of ethanol to material 3∶1(m L/m L),precipitation time 3.1h,centrifugal time 15.0min. Under such conditions,the extraction rate of polysaccharides from tissue culture Anoectochilus was up to 3.992%.
