Discussion of the pre- packaged food labeling problems and the solutions in food production enterprises

Pre- packaged food labels is one of the important contents of food quality and safety management.Food labeling information is the main reference for consumers to buy food. The pre- packaged food labels and the importance of pre- packaged food nutrition labels were expounded in this apper.The main problems of production link pre- packaged food label and the root of the problem were analyzed. In order to further standardize the management of pre- packaged food labels,a pre- packaged food label evaluation system should be established as soon as possible.In this paper,the further standardize food labelling management hope was put forward.
