Abstract
Objective:To optimize separation and purification technology of ursolic acid and corosolic acid from loquat leaf by macroporous adsorption resin. Methods:The present experiment extracted ursolic acid and corosolic acid from loquat leaf by ethanol, Decolorizing with active carbon, and purified ursolic acid and corosolic acid by macroporous adsorption resin chromatography separation, and then evaluated. Results:Extract the active carbon decoloring pigment removal rate 91.1%, 90% ursolic acid and 91.5% corosolic acid reclaimed.The optimum technological conditions of separation by HZ816 macroporous resin were 1BV·h-1loading speed, 2mg·m L-1ursolic acid loading concerntration, 1BV·h-1eluting speed and the volume fraction of ethanol elution order 38%-55%-95%, after the separation obtained ursolic acid and corosolic acid purity was 85.6% and 52%.Conclusion:These established process conditions could be adopted to separate ursolic acid and corosolic acid at the same time with high yield, which were suitable for industrial production.
