  • To determine the appropriate type of macroporous resin and optimum conditions of enriching acetylcholinesterase inhibitors. Optimum type of resin was determined by measuring the rate of static adsorption and desorption fluid inhibition, and the dynamic desorption's related factors was studied. Results indicated that ADS-17 was the suitable resin on enriching acetylcholinesterase inhibitors, and the rate of static adsorption and desorption fluid inhibition could reach 96.65%, 64.24%. The optimum enrichment conditions were as follows:macroreticular resin by static adsorption saturation, elution solvent of 80% ethanol, elution rate of 1.0mL/min.Under the mentioned conditions, the desorption fluid AChE inhibition rate reached 62.64%.
