Abstract
Various extraction process of polysaccharide from Paris polyphylla var. yunnanensis was studied.Effect of the ratio of material to liquid, extraction time, extraction temperature and extraction times on extract rate of polysaccharide was studied. The best extraction process was determined by orthogonal experiment in case of the single factor condition. As a result, the best extraction process for reflux extraction method was to extract 3 times (1h/times) with the ratio of material to liquid for 1∶60 (g∶mL) in 95℃ water bath, and extraction rate of polysaccharide reached 18.72mg/g under the best condition. The best process for the hot water extraction method was to extract 2 times (1.5h/times) with the ratio of material to liquid for 1∶80 (g∶mL) in 85℃water bath, and extraction rate of polysaccharide reached 23.84mg/g under the best condition. The best process for the ultrasonic assisted extraction method was to extract 2 times (1.5h/times) with the ratio of material to liquid for 1∶50 (g∶mL) in 50℃ water bath, and extraction rate of polysaccharide reached 24.32mg/g under the best condition. There was no significant difference among the three extraction methods to extraction efficiency of polysaccharide in P. polyphylla var. yunnanensis.
