Detection of peanut and soybean in walnut milk using PCR

  • This study described a rapid PCR method for the detection of peanut and soybean materials in walnut milk.The primer pair Arah 1-F/R, Bd 28K-F/R were based on the peanut Arah 1 gene and soybean Gly m Bd28 K gene respectively. The results showed that the two designed primers had strong specificities, the detection limitation was 1% for peanut and 0.1% for soybean respectively.It was an effective method for detection of peanut and soybean materials in walnut milk, and provide reference for other food authenticity related study.
