Specific spoilage organism of instant jellyfish's isolation and PCR technique

The conventional microbiological detection methods and PCR techniques was used to determine rapidly the specific spoilage organism of instant jellyfish. The results showed that:the identification consequence of PCR and traditional method was consistency, and the specific spoilage organism of instant jellyfish was Bacillus, Pseudomonas and corruption Shewanella.
