  • With economic development, more and more problems of food safety, food adulteration fraud phenomenon frequently, to establish a complete food traceability chain and effective means of detection is an assurance for consumers to choose safety food and it also can effectively control food safety accidents.In addition to general traceability technologies, more and more studies tend to use non- destructive testing for food origin traceability.This article reviewed some of the basic principles of traceability technology and application, and it also discussed a fast traceability technology application of non-destructive testing techniques in real life.
