Abstract
Psychrophilic bacteria grow quickly in refrigerated raw milk and produce some lipases and proteases with high thermal stability, which has negative effect on the quality of dairy products.There are much research about the detection of psychrophilic bacteria in raw milk, especially for the rapid and automatic modern technologies.This paper focused on the methods with high sensitivity in recent years and discussed their advantages and disadvantages.
