Abstract
Response surface methodology was employed to optimize conditions for the extraction of anti- oxidant polysaccharides from Phasolosma esculenta.Based on the single- factor tests, extraction time, extraction temperature and enzyme amount were selected out from extraction conditions for the three- level Box- Behnken experimental design. The results showed that optimal extraction process parameters were 65℃, 7h and 10000U /g.Under these conditions, the experimental yields of polysaccharides was 0.879% ± 0.001%, while DPPH·scavenging activity was 72.5%.
