Abstract
The aim of the present study was to develop colloidal gold immunochromatography assays for rapid and quantitative detection of olaquindox ( OLA) residues in pig liver.Prepared the colloidal gold immunochromatography test strips and evaluated the specificity, a quantitative method based on T/C ratio was developed to detect OLA residue in pig liver.Preparation of the test strip could be accomplished qualitatively as well as quantitatively detection in 15min, and there was little cross- reactivity detected with carbadox, mequindox and 3- methyl-quinoxaline-2-hydroxy acids. When the pig liver had OLA concentration at a range of 1 to 200ng /mL, the test strip showed a higher linear relationship, and the limit of detection ( LOD) of immunochromatographic strip for OLA was 6.83ng /mL.For negative liver samples, the recoveries rate was 90.9% 105.0% at 25, 50 and 100ng /mL.
