Study on the automatic control system of jelly manufacturing process

  • The purpose of this research was to solve the existing problems in jelly manufacturing process, such as low automation, high labour irtensity, unstable quality and so on. The production equipments and technological processes of jelly were studied. We classified the main procedures reasonably, including materials measured, cooking, blending, storage and filling, and designed an automatic control system consisting of upper management computer, Siemens programmable controller, on- site touch screen and on- site monitoring equipment, which could test, measure and control on site the parameters in each unit operation, integrating production and control.
