Abstract
Response surface methodology ( RSM) was applied to optimize the extraction conditions of osthole.Based on single factor experiment, pH, the amount of cellulase enzymolysis temperature and time were chosen as influencing factors, the yield of osthole was selected as response value. The mathematical model was established by Box- Behnken central composite design. The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were as follows: pH5.0, the amount of cellulase 3%, enzymolysis temperature 50℃, enzymolysis time 60min.In this optimal process condition, the yield of osthole was 0.926%.
