Optimization ultrasonic extraction of total alkaloids from Xinjiang black mulberry leafs based on orthogonal design

  • The ultrasonic extraction of total alkaloids from Morus nigra leaf was optimized by orthogonal design.Effects of ultrasonic time and temperature, solid-liquid ratio, ultrasonic power, ethanol (extraction solvent) volume fraction on the yield of total alkaloids from Morus nigra leaf were studied by single factor and orthogonal tests.The optimum ultrasonic extraction conditions were as follows:ultrasonic time 20min, extraction temperature 60℃, solid-liquid ratio 1∶20, ultrasonic power 800W and ethanol volume fraction 60%.Under these conditions, the average yield of the total alkaloids was 4.64mg·g-1.The ultrasonic extraction of total alkaloids from Morus nigra leaf was simple, fast and effective.
