Abstract
Objective:To study the optimum purification conditions of pigment from Brassica oleracea L.var.botrytis L..Methods:Five kinds of macroporous resins were used to investigate the characteristics of static absorption.According to adsorption and deadsorption rate, a kind of macroporous resins was chose to investigate the characteristic of dynamic adsorption and deadsorption. Results:the AB-8 was the most suitable resin to purify pigment from B.oleracea.The optimal adsorption conditions were pH 4.0, concentration 2.5mg/ mL, temperature 50℃ and velocity 1.0mL/min.The optimal deadsorption conditions were 80% ethanol, velocity 1.0mL/min.The color value of pigment had been increased to 91.7 by this technological process, which nearly 3 times higher than that of pigment without purification (23.7) .Conclusion:AB-8 had good performance in purification of pigment from B.oleracea.The optimal process parameters provided basis for industrialization of this pigment.
