Study on the folic acid enzyme linked immunosorbent assay kit for rapid detection

The limit of detection and relative standard deviation (RSD) of folic acid enzyme linked immunosorbent assay kit was studied.The limit of detection was 10.0μg /L in milk, and RSD was less than 10%.The stability tests results revealed that the kit could be kept for 12 months in 4℃, 7d in 37℃.The kit generally had not more than 4% cross-reactivity towards dihydrofolic acid and tetrahydrofolic acid.The kit can detect folic acid of lots of samples accurately, reliable and expediently on the spot.
