Analysis of evaluation indices of food science & technology SCI journals and the show of Chinese scholars

  • According to the latest online edition (2013) of SCI Journal Citation Reports JCR, a statistical analysis was conducted on 128 kinds of food science and technology journals and their evaluation indices, such as impact factor, total cites, immediacy index and cited half life.Influential journals were evaluated and screened on food science and technology by their evaluation indices. 19 important journals and 8 authoritative journals were screened. In 8 authoritative journals, papers of the Chinese scholar were analysed.
