Study on optimization of microwave-assisted ethanol technology of yellow pigments from Leucosceptrum canum Smith by the response surface method

  • Based on single factor tests, the optimum extraction conditions of microwave-assisted ethanol technology of yellow pigments from Leucosceptrum canum Smith were obtained by the response surface method.The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions were as follows:alcohol concentration 70% (V/V) , microwave power 350W, microwave time 80s, the predicted value of extraction efficiency of yellow pigments from Leucosceptrum canum Smith was 95.23%, and it was preferably fitting with the predictive value of 98.38%.
