Abstract
The ethanol extraction process of lotus leaf total flavonoids and alkaloids was studied by ultrasonicenzyme-diacolation collaborative extraction technique.Box-Behnken response surface design method was used to investigate the effect of influence factors on overall desirability. The experimental data were analysed using second-order polynomial equation and 3D-response surface graphs. The optimum extraction conditions were as follows :ethanol concentration 75%, solid/liquid ratio 1∶26 (g/mL) , ultrasound time 80min, cellulase dosage 14mg/g, collecting 9 folds of percolate at a rate of 3mL/min, the proportion of total flavonoids and alkaloids was 6.7735% and 0.7817% under this condtions, respectively. The deviation between observed and predicted values of yield was-3%.The results indicated that the optimized extraction technique was a new method of higher efficiency and less time consumption.
