Application of yeast extract in production of instant noodle sauce
The development trend of instant noodle sauce seasoning was summarized. The application characteristics of yeast extract in instant noodle sauces were analyzed. Ultimately, yeast extract has a significant role to enhance the flavor of instant noodle sauce seasoning.
