Application of screen-printed biosensor in food analysis

Screen-printed biosensor had been widely applied in food analysis due to its various advantages including low cost, short time-consuming and miniaturization compared with other physicochemical methods.This review focused on the basic configurations of screen-printing electrode and their applications especially in food analysis.Additionally, a general overview of the potential application of screen-printed biosensor in the food analysis field was also addressed.
