Research of the effect of dodecanol on yeast cells

With residual sugar and cell growth OD value for two analysis indicators, the influence of dodecanol to yeast free cells and the immobilized cells were discussed.Results showed that the extraction solvent was bigger toxic to free cell, the content of fermentation residual sugar was high; the immobilized cells fermentation with external process extraction could be ignored on the cell toxic, it did not have fermentation residual sugar almost.
