Applications of Nano-carriers in nutrient delivery system

In the past few years, nanotechnology has gain great attention. This review was about the applications of nanotechnology in nutrient delivery system (NDS) . The nano-carriers used in NDS have the properties of controlled release, biocompatibility, and biodegradation and so on. The bioavailability and stability of nutrients can be improved greatly with the carrier. It has good prospects for the development in future.
