  • This paper summarized the risks of dicyandiamide in imported dairy products to human health, including the application and physicochemical properties of dicyandiamide, the analytical methods and toxic effects of dicyandiamide, the exposure pathways of dicyandiamide into dairy products. Finally, the risk management measures were also proposed.
