Abstract
In the paper, a cadmium-resistance Enterobacter NP23 was separated, and its molecular identification and cadmium resistance were analyzed.Cell growth curve was studied in the liquid medium of different cadmium concentration, Fe~ (2+) , Cu~ (2+) , Mn~ (2+) and Zn~ (2+) resistance of NP23 was analyzed, and plasmid elimination with SDS method was studied. The results showed that the strain NP23 was an Enterobacter sp.The results revealed that lag phase was extended and biomass in logarithmic phase was relatively low at high cadmium concentration.Plasmid elimination with SDS method showed NP23 cadmium resistance gene is located in the genome.Analysis of Fe~ (2+) , Cu~ (2+) , Mn~ (2+) and Zn~ (2+) resistance of NP23 showed that the strain had a certain resistance of these four heavy metals, among which the strain had a high MIC of Zn~ (2+) and Mn~ (2+) , 3200mg/L or more.
