Detemination of nine microelements in Gnaphlium affine with Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectroscopy

  • The nine microelements including Cu, Zn, Pb, Fe, Cd, Ni, Cr, As and Mn in Gnaphlium affine were analyzed by ICP-AES after Gnaphlium affine was digested with nitric acid-hydrogen peroxide using damp digestion method. It was explored digestion consumption, digestion time, acidity and ion interference conditions. The recovery rate was from 95.0% to 110.0%, and the linear range was from 0.427μg/L to 2.28μg/L, and RSD was below 6%. The determination results of nine elements in tea leaf standard (GBW08513) were in agreement with the standard. This method is low sample consumption, accurate and rapid, and the result is satisfactory.
