Abstract
Objective:To determine the flavonoids content in black soybean seed coat from eight different regions by colormetric method.Methods:Colormetric method was used to determine the total flavonoid contents in black soybeen seed coat from diferent regions at wavelength 510nm by taking rutin as standard substance, and Al (NO4) 3 as chromogenic reagent.The optimum extraction process of total flavonoids in black soybean seed coat was selected for ensure accuracy of the results.Results:The linear equation was Y=12X-0.0009 (R2=0.9999) , and the calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.003 ~ 0.057mg/mL.The average recovery was 104.6%.The contents of total flavonoids in black soybean seed coat from different regions were 6.873% ~ 17.017%.Conclusion:The method was simple and rapid.The result showed that different origin of the content was quite different, with higher levels of Shanxi and Anhui.
