Abstract

The title zinc complex was prepared by adding zinc oxide to an aqueous solution of threonine. It was characterized by some analysis methods, such as EDTA complexometric titration, Kjeldahl determination, IR, TG-DTA, ESI-MS analysis. Its chemical formula was determined as C8H16N2O6Zn·2H2O.
