Investigation and analysis of the fluoride content in Euphausia superba

  • For a more systematic study of Antarctic krill fluorine distribution in the situation, we investigated a large number of domestic and foreign research data on krill, fluorine contents in spatial and temporal distribution were summarized, with the help of 2010, 2011 two Antarctic research expedition to the Antarctic krill. The Fluorine content differences in the physiological distribution and the processing were studied, the research results showed :time and stance influenced fluorine content of Antarctic krill. The fluorine content changed from 703.2mg/kg to 1825mg/kg in different sites. The fluorine content changed obviously in the different parts of the body:crustacean (including crustaceans and uropods) >cephalothorax>muscle characteristics. The fluorine content of Chinese shrimp in different parts of distribution also existed with the same distribution of Antarctic krill, crustacean>cephalothorasx>muscle characteristics.
