Abstract
A new novel for real-time monitoring of the concentration of Cd (Ⅱ) in drinking water was established by utilizing Luminol-potassium ferricyanide chemiluminescence system combined with flow injection technique.Under the optimal experimental condition, the linear range for Cd (Ⅱ) determination was 5.0×10-4~5.0×10-2 mg/mL.The detection limit was 2.6×10-5 mg/mL.And the relative standard deviation for the determination was 1.9% (n=11) .As the result indicated, this method had the advantages of wider detection range, simpler and faster operation, as well as lower cost. This method could realize the on-line monitoring of sudden Cd (Ⅱ) pollution in rivers and drinking water and provide technical support for the construction of early warning mechanism.
