Method of UPLC-MS/MS about phosphatidylcholine detection

The phosphatidylcholine was detected with UPLC-MS/MS (equipped with electrospray ionization source) . Gas chromatography (GC) was used to analysis PC molecular species, according to the results of GC, and then UPLC-MS/MS be used to accurate qualitative and quantitative. The mobile phase of UPLC:A, water. B, acetonitrile∶methanol=5∶5, A∶B=10∶90, had flow rate of 0.4mL/min. Under this condition, the retention time of PC was about 4min. The regression coefficient was 0.99936 and the limit of detection was 1μg/L. The recovery was in the range of 95.6%⁹8.4%.
