Optimization on carbons for fermenting Trehalose lipid

The purpose of this research was to optimize the fermentation carbons of Trehalose lipids produced by Dietzia cinnamea.7517 d.The results indicated that the best medium was as follows:10g/L of edible oil, 4g/L of maltose, 6g/L of yeast extract, 1g/L of K2HPO4·3H2O, 1g/L of KH2PO4, 0.5g/L of MgSO4·7H2O, 0.02g/L of CaCl2, 0.02g/L of FeCl3, pH7.2 ～ 7.4.Based on the optimization medium, the yield of the biosurfactant was 756.4mg/L, 9.4 times more than the preliminary preparation, and reduce the cost.The hydrophobic carbon (edible oil) was more conducive to the fermentation of trehalose lipids than the hydrophilic carbon (maltose) .
