摘要:
食品安全在我国不仅仅是事关公众健康的公共卫生问题,更是关系社会发展和社会稳定的政治问题,也是事关我国国际形象的重要问题。要做好食品安全监管工作,做到食品安全科学监管,就应强化食品安全技术支撑力量,注重食品安全相关科学技术研究,注重食品五大支柱的合作交流,加强食品安全技术支撑机构的建设。为从国外发达国家寻找可供参考借鉴的做法和经验,本文对美国食品安全与应用营养中心(CFSAN)和我国食品安全技术支撑机构进行了比较研究,简要介绍CFSAN的机构设置基本情况,分析对我国加强食品安全技术支撑机构建设的启示,并提出了初步的思考。
Abstract:
Food safety is not only a public health issue related to public health in China, but also a political issue related to social development, social stability, and China's international image. To ensure food safety through scientific supervision, should strengthen technology and scientific support on food safety, pay attention to science and technology research for food safety, enhance the cooperation and communication between the five major food pillars, and strengthen the construction of food safety technology support institutions. In order to find a reference for our practice and experience from the developed countries, the paper comparatively analyzed the organization of the FDA's Center for Food Safety and Applied Nutrition with current situation of the technology support institutes in China, looking forward to finding out some inspiration to construct the technology and scientific support agencies.
