拉曼光谱快速检测减肥保健品中非法添加酚酞的研究

A fast method to identify Phenolphthalein added illegally added to diet pills by Raman Spectroscopy

  • 摘要: 目的:采用拉曼光谱法快速检测减肥保健品中非法添加的酚酞。方法:采用拉曼光谱对减肥保健品中的非法添加物质酚酞进行快速检测,首先使用适当的溶剂对减肥保健品进行提取,然后对提取液进行过滤,最后直接进行拉曼光谱的测试。结果:建立了酚酞-甲醇溶液的标准曲线,并且对添加不同浓度酚酞的减肥保健品进行拉曼光谱检测,所得结果与酚酞实际添加量一致。结论:结合简单的前处理方法,拉曼光谱法可对减肥保健品中非法添加的酚酞进行快速检测,并可进行定量分析;该方法快速、简便、成本低、可同时得到定性与定量结果,该方法的检测限为1%。 
    Abstract: Objective: To identify Phenolphthalein illegally added to diet pills by Raman spectroscopy. Methods:Raman spectroscopy was used to identify Phenolphthalein added to diet pills. First,diet pills were extracted by suitable solvent,then extracting solution were filtered. Finally filtrate were measured by Raman spectroscopy.Results Calibration curve was built and analysis were performed on samples with different content of Phenolphthalein. Results were accordance with real amount added. Conclusion: With suitable sample preprocessing method,Raman spectroscopy could be used to fast screening Phenolphthalein illegally added to diet pills.This method is fast,simple,low cost and can give both qualitative and quantitative results. The detection limit is 1% for Phenolphthalein in diet pill.
