Evaluation of urban and rural residents on food safety and implications for food safety risk governance countermeasures

摘要: 食品安全是关系公众生命健康安全的重大民生问题。通过对12个省、自治区、直辖市共4800名城乡居民的实地调研,总结城乡居民对当前食品安全状况的评价以及关注的问题;结合相关问题,提出改善食品安全现状的对策与建议,对预防和控制食品安全事件具有一定的借鉴作用。

Abstract: Food safety is a major livelihood issues and it related to public health and safety.Summary the evaluation of urban and rural residents on the current food security situation and the problem through field research on the 4800 urban and rural residents in 12 provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the central government.Based on the related problem, proposed countermeasures and suggestions to improve the food security status, is contributed to prevent the food safety accident happen.
